MANDATORY TOURNAMENT
HOTEL BOOKING PROCESS

PLEASE READ THIS AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS
NO HOTELS CAN BE RESERVED WITHOUT RECEIVING
YOUR CHOICE OF A, B, or C BELOW

1.

To reserve your rooms for the annual fall classic, please follow the information listed below.

  • If you have several teams from your club attending the Fall Classic, Please Book NOW!
  • You do not need your tournament registration number to reserve your teams rooms.  You can send that to Travel By Design after you register your team and receive that number from the tournament.
  • Hotel rooms booked are reserved as early as the day after the prior years tournament, which is why hotel rooms are sold out at specific hotels so fast.
  • All Teams must book through this procedure even if there is only one room for one family needed.  There is no minimum or maximum number required to proceed.

YOU CANNOT BOOK WITH THE HOTEL DIRECTLY, SO PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE HOTELS!

Please do not select hotels NOT listed on the participating hotel webpage.  Teams will risk acceptance for using non-participating Hotels.
 

4.

Teams that are not Accepted into the tournament, will be given adequate time to cancel their whole team reservation with the hotel directly.
 
5. The Hotel list will be updated periodically with any new participating hotels and additional room blocks as they open up.
 
6. Please note that some hotels have specific requirements when booking at their hotel, 2 night mandatory minimums, how the credit cards are used to hold the rooms as some do charge prior to arrival, and what amenities that each hotels has specific to their property.  These requirements are meant for each family on your team and cannot be changed.  Please make sure your families all understand this before you submit your team contract.
 
7. To reserve your teams rooms you have 3 options.  Please read each option description carefully and select the one that you feel works best for your team.

Option a. If you would like to print the team contract and rooming list and take to a practice or team parent meeting to fill out, to then fax or mail the forms to Travel By Design, Click Here.  If you would like instructions to fax or mail the forms Click here

Option b. If you would like to DOWNLOAD and SAVE an excel file of the team contract and rooming list to type in and email information to Travel By Design , Click Here

Option c. If you would like to submit the team contract only and then have your families submit their credit card info personally using a secure web page by a specific deadline, we have developed this option for you here.  But, this option is only available up to October 20th.  After this date you can only reserve your team rooms using option a or b.
